This is a replacement remote compatible with the RC-WM-E02 Serta Motion Signature Base. This is made by the same manufacture as the original with all the same functioanlity. As of 2019 the manufacture replaced the old skinny remotes that required 3V batteries with these new models shown w/2 extra presets. Please look at the first picture to match your old remote. If your buttons are remote is not exactly like this then it will not work. IWe can order remotes for all other Serta bases but they are not interchangeable.
